How to use a Verizon/Sprint 9930/9850 on T-Mobile USA
Required software: CrackUtil & BlackBerry Desktop Manager
Step 1: Open Desktop Manager and connect your phone
Step 2: Right click on CrackUtil and Run As Administrator
Step 3: Click on the INTERMEDIATE tab
Step 4: Click the Retrieve File Listing button
Step 5: Scroll down to net_rim_bb_browser_daemon and click Remove File From Device (phone will reboot)
Step 6: Go to Desktop Manager and click on Restore
Step 7: Choose the .IPD file you downloaded from above
Step 8: Go back to CrackUtil and click on Load File to Device.
Step 9: Choose net_rim_bb_browser_daemon (phone may reboot)
Step 1: On your BlackBerry, go to Options
Step 2: Find the TCP/IP option
Step 3: Enter “epc.tmobile.com” in the APN field – do not check the authentication box
Step 4: Save and exit the TCP/IP screen and find the Host Routing Tables screen
Step 5: In the options, choose Register Now. You will receive a “message sent” notification.
Step 6: If you do not receive an instant email saying your device was registered, contact T-Mobile and ask them to provision your phone onto their network.
Step 1: On your BlackBerry, go to Options
Step 2: Find the TCP/IP option
Step 3: Enter “wap.cingular” in the APN field
Step 4: Enter “wap@cingulargprs.com” in the Username field
Step 5: Enter “CINGULAR1″ in the Password field
Step 6: Save and exit the TCP/IP screen and find the Host Routing Tables screen
Step 7: In the options, choose Register Now. You will receive a “message sent” notification.
Step 8: If you do not receive an instant email saying your device was registered, contact AT&T and ask them to provision your phone onto their network.
